Students will be exposed to a wide range of learning opportunities which provide both in-depth knowledge of the hospitality sector, and the practical culinary and pastry skills students need to develop a successful career in the vibrant world of culinary arts, food and beverage industry, working with sophisticated kitchen equipment, learning about the latest culinary trends and acquiring the practical proficiency needed.

Students will be exposed to real-life work situations through the Industrial Attachment.

Classroom teaching, involving interactive discussion, case studies and may include guest speakers and industrial site visits.
Students are required to successfully complete all modules and examinations plus the 6 months Industrial Attachment and the Diploma in International Hotel and Tourism Management will be awarded.
